    Sharehders have hope if they vote in favor of the Heron placement BECAUSE HQ has Board control and for the last 2 years have done nothing in the best interest of all shareholders.

    If the Heron resolution gets defeated then not only HQ retain Board control but also voting control.


    Think about it.

    At least with Heron on the registrar and equal Board control shareholders have hope..

    Thing what the share price will be if

    1. Heron resolution gets defeated

    &

    2. Heron resolution gets up
