possibly just some small movement, if there was something substantial going on one would think we would hear by an announcement and there is not much that can creep up on us considering there is alot of planning to do to drop a drill bit in the ground below sea level. My plan with my PCL stock is to simply hold onto it until they strike oil somewhere. Not worth selling at the current SP.
