Those 1c is not placement, it is entitlement issue with 29.5m unit shortfall tooted by Cicero on 30th of June 2015.

On same day, 3 change of director interest showing 3 directors of Wpi took total 19m roughly unins...

So the rest of (107m-29.5-19=57m units) when to retailers.....

If you care to add up turnover from 30th of June to 30 August, roughly 50m units changed hands, so I don't think there are too many 1c shares hold by loose hands...
