Wpi has traditionally been pretty good at conserving cash, avoiding capital raisings unless absolutely necessary hence the low shares on issue. It will be a good thing if they move away from exploration as they were terrible at choice of projects and locations meaning most tenements they explored ended up worthless and were given away for next to nothing.
