    Is Teck part of the Skywalker Jedi team? From what I could see he was just a director of WPI no links to ZIP NXR VTX

    So he probably felt he had enough

    What I found most compelling was the Skywalker team took everything they could and underwrote the whole offer

    Remember who was buying VTX on market at 1.2c-1.4c? This is the most important factor for me
