The other point of interest is Felix Tshisekedi also simultaneously challenged in court regarding Kabila taking control of the National Assembly which controls law etc with a winning 350 strong team out of 500 seats. Another complication is the Prime Minister which co signs any Presidential decree, is selected from the National Assembly major. So effectively the President is powerless to a large extent so effectively Kabila still holds the ball. I don’t think this will go away quickly in it’s current elected format. Joint leadership is the go imo, Fayulu as Prime Minister maybe?
