    i agree with @cfp both will be good for the locals and mining in general.

    Personally I think the best solution is joint leadership as other African states have done very successfully and combine their energy. The powerful African Union is turning up on Monday again personally I am hoping they broker a deal of joint leadership and the dust settles immediately.
