Re your statement that Gazzard was poached (by OLY) from Iluka has been brought to my attention. Have conferred with another of my former work colleagues and they support my view that if he was employed by Iluka then it was for a very short period and that "poaching " seems most unlikely.According to OLY he has managed synthetic rutile plants and "implemented" plant start-ups at Eneabba. We question the SR management statement (thats not to say that it is not true). However, we are adamant that he was never involved in any Eneabba start up.The Eneabba field was originally owned by three separate companies. According to my sources he was not employed by any of them.
