There is nothing at all wrong with the companys technical expertise and executive management. The problem is the poor standard of corporate governance by the board and the lack of understanding how to promote the company to the broader financial community.

The last two AGMs have shown this to be a board that needs to take some tough decisions but dont.

The second issue is the potential dilution to fund the projects; This company has burnt a lot of cash and is likely to continue to do so, so EPS calcs need to take into account future raisings.

OLY is a good prospect but needs Credibility and board change to get better acceptance by serious punters
