Its been that price for a while, but they never sold the increase to a 4litre tin as value to consumers - its too easy to confuse a three litre and a four litre tin side by side. I have seen shoppers stop, look at two tins and then pick up the three litre tin next door despite the fact RI was cheaper per volumne.
