Dishonest or completely incompent. These are the only conclusions I can come to with BB. No one can get that many predictions wrong without being one or both of those.
Board too gutless to remove due to the disruptive nature of the change and admitting they got it wrong. It will happen at some point when all their options run out. Potentially when they go for funding next time and the investors force it on the Board(and take one or two board positions at the same time) .
