Good Afternoon Largs,

Fundamentally the problem with the lbt board and in particular Mr Barnes, is over promising and under delivering..

Shareholders invest on good faith based on information provided and on several occasions Mr Barnes has stated that we’re on track to make 5 sales this year, coupled with objectives set at agms.

What we do know is that these targets have not been met.

It would appear that the statements made by Mr Barnes are “aspirational” Rather than achievable under his leadership..

As a result share holder trust and good will has been lost..

I still believe in the technology , we just need some new blood and leadership. Someone that says what they mean and delivers on what they say..

Ironically some board members with their considerable share holdings would be better served by calling it a day as I believe the share price would respond positively.

I wouldn’t want to be a board member at this years agm without some sort of positive news.

I’m interested in your views Benny the Ball as a long term holder of lbt? Do you think it’s time for a change?
