    That was very interesting but I wish I could have speeded him up a bit, given him shock therapy for saying Mmmmm and trimmed his eye brows.

    The ATP[adenosine triphosphate] daily production rate of 85kg in our bodies was an eye opener. I've since read that rate varies a lot depending on energy being used and only 1/4kg is in our system at any one time.

    So it's vital that we get outside during the day, even fully clothed, to absorb the light into our bodies but I was left wondering what harm the LED light spectrum actually caused? I could have been mesmerised by his eyebrows at the time and missed it?
