According to today's New Straits Times Press, the Australian High Commissioner said that the decision by the cabinet on the granting of the licence for Lynas to continue operation will be made soon.
AND HE HOPES THAT THE DECISION WILL BE BASED ON THE FINDINGS OF THE REVIEW COMMITTEE.....
... INSINUATING THAT THE DECISION WILL BE A FAVOURABLE ONE?
