@CEOC as much as I hate to get lawyers involved I have to agree with your conclusion. Where else in the world would this form of lawmaking be allowed? I guess I can think of a couple of countries that are controlled by despots where you would expect this type of reasoning and behaviour.
Thought Malaysia was better than that but maybe I was wrong?
