Interested in your response to the AZX reply to the GGG bidders statement. It appears that AZX would deny your assumption that Partington will jump ship.

The AZX arguement seems compelling. The tax leakage from CGT without roll over relief is going to be substantial for me. Not to mention the 12 month CGT concession which in my case does not occur until September. Right now I need an extra 20% on the s/p just to be on par with the current value of my holding.

Where is the Aussie white knight that can support AZX.
