Would be very happy to exit at about $1.60 to $1.70. I'm not expecting this one to go lower than that unless there is a cap raise or issue regarding gearing (which is the downside risk to the SP).
If DUE does end up not needing to raise expensive capital or pay through the nose for finance, or firesale anything - then it will be a great buy for sure. I'm just not sure the risks are worth it at the current SP. Not sure what capital needs to be injected in the near future as well. The smart (or dumb we call them here in VIC) meters rollout seems to have political complications. I'll not pretend to have done a mountain of analysis. Just the basic things I have mentioned seem to me to stand out.
