I am not sure this was a suicide attack. Initial claims from Ahvaz were that their perpetrators had escaped.
Not like too many military parades carry loaded weapons. The brass and dignitaries are too nervous!
Plenty of Iranians upset at the govt, but due to the nature of that government, they will never admit that.
