Still the same orders being carried out mate- every single sect of islam thinks that all the others are infidels.
No idea which moron did this one or why but Iran is actually considered the home of suicide attacks, which they were the first to employ in any meaningful way. That was back in the Iran/Iraq war when the Iranians had a lot more people than weapons, when compared to Iraq.

We can all point fingers, as many of us like to do by noting who armed who, but at the end of the day if we give peaceful people weapons it doesn’t mean they’re going to use them.

If islam truly was peaceful in any real way? The Middle East could be full to the brim with weapons , ( as the West is ), & not see regular mass murder/violence.

As it is now? I wouldn’t trust an innocent looking female foreign student if she was wearing a rag, sorry, a little sheet on her head. We must always respect the sting in the tail of the little sheet heads, as the fox should have done in aesop’s fable of the scorpion & the fox.

The teachings of Christ, the Torah, the Buddha, the Sikh or Hindu aren’t the reason the UK police have such ridiculous ideas such as ‘taking pointy things from people’.

( UK police put forward the idea of enacting a law requiring that knives be blunt & have no pointy end. If that worked they probably would have moved on to extra sharp paper to stop all those paper cut beheadings we hear about but at the moment have settled for the idea that people should get in to trouble for things which aren’t even crimes! Twitter etc hurt feelings police units ).
