32c took the market cap to around $131m, which was a previous low, at a higher share price. The company has been diluted by 30%. IVA is very reasonable value at these levels, but it is awaiting news. If it brings out good news, it will go up! Still about 55% below the last raising price, so it's due a good turn up. Floating water right now, though.
