Not long ago someone said they were sure 2.8c was the bottom. In this thread MedicalCanabis said they thought 2.7-2.8 was the bottom. Babu said 2.7 was the bottom. We've seen people say 3c, 4c, 5c, 10c, 15c, 20c, 30c, and so on...
