I guess if you want to not BS ourselves when it comes to facts, you should have checked your statements to see that carsales paid far more than the high watermark of 65cents per share as you suggested.
Have a look at the announcements in March 2014 and you'll see that Carsales had spent over $7 million to top up its shares in ICQ at $1 per share. This is a bit less than the of $1.10 I recalled from memory, but still far above the high of 65 cents as you suggested.
