Well justified expectation of a big, imminent equity raise is causing holders to sell. This selling is weakening the SP and progressively increasing the scale & dilution of the raise. This in turn creates additional incentiv for holders to get out now, pushing the SP down further

Can you imagine how the Germans would be feeling about this?? “...Oooh Tony, Ich flippe gleich aus!!!” Haha. This is payback for the Blitzkreig Jerry!!!
