Azure is in a disastrous position, with SP expected to fall below 1 cent on the market opening. This would translate to a share market value for the company of less than $10 million.
Why am I not selling? Commonsense suggests I should cut my losses and get out. The simple reason is that the company is worth a lot more than this. It is fire sale level, and exposes the company to some take-over offers, which would be calculated to yield a very big profit to the purchaser and a very big loss to shareholders. I see the potential share price of Azure to be in the region of at least 40 - 50 cents, whereas a take-over offer would likely give us 15 cents/share.
For me I see this as a time to hold my nerve and await the Preliminary Feasibility Study scheduled for June. However I would not be surprised if this PFS was released early.
Last night spot prices for Zinc rose 3% following a recent trend over the last few weeks, similar increases for lead and silver all giving improved value to Oposura.
