Plenty cash coming for DOW. Clearly mkt thinks that the train factory in Maryborough QLD gives DOW the advantage for winning the massive QLD govt rail tender. Should one of theother companies get-up... this SP will reverse rapidly IMO. I have no idea when contract win will be announced... but keep it in mind. Should DOW win.... add $1-1.50 to SP in 2 days.
