Mate to be honest I still don't think we will make court unless CHM are greedy or are going for an all or nothing approach.

As a precident the Koh & evans case settlement was right before trial. Sure has no relevance except that the same parties involved but it did show CHM were willing to drop the asking price at the last minute & MMX were prepared to pay something.

Have you been talking to CHM? Do they talk to you? Have they given you an indication of who is running the show them or funder?
