    Current NTA is $1.15

    Its trading at a 91% discount to the NTA which is why I see a bounce.

    Also most REIT company's have suspended distribution payments / dividends...its basically the norm now..so a 61% drop today seems way over done.

    I reckon it will have an almighty bounce off these levels.
