Not really worrying, it just means abolishment of the two child policy will be accelerated and tax cuts for parents who have more than one child. Maybe extra taxes on singles. Increased maternity leave, punishment of companies that discriminate. In a command economy you can do these things while in a democratic national there would be outrage.
