Agreed BAL should have announced this last week with a clear timetable to roll out. The roll out of new formula is extremely price sensitive news. Unless of course this is just a high demand period due to Chinese New Year, but given there is no stock anywhere I highly suspect not. Though it definitely does call Goldman Sachs claims that the inventory channels are stuffed a bald face lie.
