Like LEI, HWE will blame a couple of individual contracts cos that suggests isolated problems and ones that are not long lasting. WRONG. Not here, endemic workl being bought at under-cutting rates unable to be delivered. Revenue for the sake of revenue to score maximum short term bonuses. Bet yer!!
