Do you ever get the feeling it's your fault?
What I mean is that it seems that every time I take a position, somebody scalps 5 -> 10% off the top. On wednesday I took a position in BOQ @ $10 ... all the fundamentals and analysis and rationale said that was sensible. I think it closed sub $10 and opened the following day at $9.60 or so. A low yesterday of around $9.42 which was discomforting, but all the fundamentals and analysis and rationale are still in place
I'm keen on a longer term and larger position with BOQ... so I grabbed some more at 952 this morning. Sure, the market is a little punch drunk, we're looking at the weekend and maybe there is a little more softness, but all the fundamentals and analysis and rationale are still there. Nano seconds later, a 900lb gorilla sets on the offer stack pushing it to 947.
Is it my fault, do you think? Just because I took a position and not somebody else? Sheesh!
