    i agree - this is superb news. also consider the shareholding structure. metaloinvest the russian steel players have 20%, farooq kahn has 20% (10% + 10% in this brother-in-law's name), eye investments from melbourne have 7% and redhill partners fom singapore have c. 3%. not to mention other holders we know of at least 10%. these guys are proper value investors. this thing should be a buck and a half.
