Agree that there is indecision and it is soft today. It is still above the EMA 20, 40 and 60 + 200 (i think) so the outlook seems bullish. I have my reservations about the market in general at the moment and think we are due for a pull back and hence i feel PBL will be hard hit in the event of a correction.
