I have come across this link while searching for product review. Quite well presented
How do shareholders assess the likelihood of Capital raising within 12 months period giving the guidance and the current level of cash? I see it at 70% at this stage and that is what stops me from taking a very sizable position in the company. Does anyone see the probability significantly lower, if yes, would you care to explain why.
From purely financial point of view, given that the company will be able to grow sales at least 10% in a year, the company looks very attractive on risk/reward ratio.
