I am not too sure why you have written such an entry?

At this stage I am NOT aware of any shareholders who do not believe in the IP.

What a number of shareholders issues are here are:-

a. Lack of due diligence by management in quite a few of the past 'deals'.

b. Taking bonuses when no profit has yet been made by the company.

c. Excessive salaries for directors considering the poor performance of the company to date.

d. Many announcements - and like most of yours - made without substance.

e. I think the "The Neurotic, Sceptical and Paranoid" statement belongs to yourself and/or management.

f. Timeline objectives continually been extended over and over.

g. The ongoing shuffling of the deck chairs to maintain confusion and not confidence with shareholders.

h. Growing the 'chiefs' across the organisation before they have proper income to support them.

This is just a short list.

It will be interesting to see the sales category progress through to Dec 2012 - when it becomes available.

I for one would like to see the IP succeed as it has great potential in the markets that have been identified. It would also be a great opportunity in Latin America countries.

Past sins should not be forgiven, particularly where incorrect use of shareholders funds are concerned.

By the way, I am not one of the 'rebel' shareholders - just a small shareholder who has concerns for his SMSF.
