I cant write what they provided in their sell recommendation but what I will say is the editor of the Small Cap has changed very recently and when I read his reasoning it seemed to me like he didnt completely understand the whole story. I also think because he is new he can cut a loser rather than holding on and risk it going down further. Their buy up to price was much much higher than what I paid.

I subscribe and didnt sell and wont be for now. We dont know how things are going so far and the story is too new regarding pericoach. Their is a strong risk of CR in my view as they might not become cash flow positive in the next two quarters but that is a risk I am prepared to take. I think their will be enough demand in the long term.
