Anyone who invested in this company made the fundamental assumption that the product improves outcomes and the product would be taken up by at least the tech aware women who were motivated to solve the problem and would not be put off by the effort required. This group seek professional help but would also be on the internet and would almost certainly come across Pericoach themselves. If we are behind on expected sales, the assumptions are wrong (it's not the marketing) and it looks like we are behind.
As far as a cr, it was expected to fund the EU and US but it won't happen if sales don't show the product is working in the market. No one is going to support ALT if sales don't happen, not even the Monsours - they are not stupid.
