Did pdn increase production in recent year? PEN still in the developement phase and current production level is very low.
we all know the refinary have some issue and it is public inf. I seen you are taking about the same thing again and again. so why? uranium price is raising. all boat lifed and no one will be left. you need bad news to ramp down the price.
