You are joking right? You do realise that their process plant is an acknowledged failure. A giant "obstacle" if ever I saw one. A PEN investor who doesn't understand the technical risk associated with this company is just gambling. "Investing" in PEN? Please.
Forget the bull market. It doesn't/shouldn't apply to PEN - until they resolve the production issue.
