Whether you, I or anyone else for that matter likes it or not, there is hard factual evidence and price movement to suggest the bull market in Uranium has started.

Trying to down-ramp this sector right now is probably not the smartest thing I think. Furthermore, trying to down-ramp PEN when it has a lot less obstacles to true cash-flows compared to most other uranium plays is silly.
