think he will be spectacularly wrong on BOQ, they have kept the market informed and started clearing any deficits 2 years ago and as far as can ascertain have remained fully compliant for over 12 months moving ahead of schedule with Basal they have a conservative loan book really think this is way oversold primarily shorted by hedges and instos cant last we cant have our financial institutions white anted, anyway I am in will be amazed if this even looks like dropping to 2003 prices while it has been lower it was brief relatively and well described events as they were worldwide events. so we will see what happens i guess
