This went down today on a UBS downgrade presumably from Jonathan Mott: https://www.fool.com.au/2019/02/19/leading-brokers-name-3-asx-shares-to-sell-today-40/ . This guy is has been talking down Westpac and BOQ for awhile now - funnily enough, each time he does, short interest climbs (although he has been spectacularly wrong on WBC) see https://www.shortman.com.au/stock?q=boq .
