CNX previously stated that they had conflabbed with Q/Gov and that Q/Gov stated they would try to meet the timeline as proposed by CNX, however both agreed that it was a tight timeline. It would seem the first bat up failed to achieve the goal at present. IMO counting on bureaucracy may only lead to sitting in a corner holding one's knees to one's chest, rocking back and forth, drooling and repeatedly mumbling "But, they said!".
