"1st shot is SAT and OBL have paid about 50K and max 100K to get a rerating. This seems a cheap way of getting a rerating. The longer it goes could be a good thing for OBL ie not getting thrown out straight away. Who knows what the answer will be? OBL are in there with a shot.
2nd shot is the district court for non payment of BOPL's obligations. OBL paying 100% of Derby Block and BRU not prepared to pay anything for BOPL. Could see this heard early November. The cost of this is also cheap considering a rerating."
Thanks newregime, firstly,I'm no lawyer.
From my cursory research via the website, the lack of payment may be the catalyst, for a judgment in OBL's favour in the SAT.
However I will defer to some one with more intimate knowledge on the matter.
Please dont take what I'm about to say with any conviction,its been my anecdotal experience,that," all things been equal",if the operator has worked closely with the department,and can show it has in all matters,the department "nods" its approval to the operator.
Not long to go now.
