yep, as far as I can tell all the assets Mortimer deals in are recycled assets that have been thoroughly worked over and have been shown to contain nothing of commercial interest, but he gets a fee for "facilitating" moving the assets from vehicle to vehicle.
He has been found out, and now his vehicles are essntially unable to rasie any money whatsoever, but is trying it again with Dourado!!!!...Unbelieveable.
Seriously f**ked up stuff.
