    I think there is simply nothing there re:Bayer.

    However, it is good to close out all the past contracts and agreements so TDX can move on to its next life.

    I am sure the deadline to nulify any obligation with Bayer will be thrashed out by end of this month, the last remaining task for Jenny.

    My prediction, Oct 2012....

    SP 1c for the next venture after a 10:1 consolidation and then a CR.
