Who knows what it means when a politician makes a speech? Our man Lito Atienza is now anticipating that the filipino mining industry may grow by as much as "five times" in the next 3 years or so he told the Asia Mining conference in Singapore last week.
It seems in the last day or so he has fractured his arm...can only hope it is not the one he signs MPSAs with.
