Thanks for telling me something I already knew.
If you read CFO Roberts thoughts on the offer you will find at the moment they don't know what to do. I would like to see them at least keep a major stake in Zhaopin and as Roberts points out it one of the options is that it could be beneficial to have more operational input from a local entity instead of selling the whole business to existing management and their backers.
