Price action continues to be very encouraging.
However, large issues like these from micro cap companies have been routinely rejected by shareholders in the last 12 months (see for example the BLR raising at .5c).
It's a supply and demand problem - the big new supply is from the company selling half~ the company and the buyers (retail investors) are not ready to put the money into these risky situations.
End result will be TAM in the 20s after the issue.
