Stunning re-offer from CPB of 75 cents, PST shareholders should be absolutely ecstatic with that. PST wouldn't have traded anywhere near that number as a stand alone business.
PST turnover of $94m with a NPAT of $3m.
I hope they see synergies paying 36x NPAT.
